Chief Minister Merit Scholarships (CMMS)
Punjab Government has started Ph.D. Foreign Scholarship Program Both male and female applicants who meet the selection criteria selected for the award of Ph.D. Scholarship to pursue your degree course from one of the world’s top 50 ranked universities. The scholarship program geared toward Punjab’s deserving youngsters. Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Ph.D. awarded in priority subject areas by one of the world’s top 50 universities (according to QS rating)
- At least 60% marks in an entire academic career.
- Declared family income is PKR 200,000 or less per month (including oneself, one’s spouse, and one’s parents).
- At the time of application submission, the maximum age was 35.
- I have not availed of any foreign scholarship in the past.
- The scholarship must taken in the year it offered and will not deferred to the following year
- Male and female citizens of Pakistan are both eligible to apply.
Note
Ph.D. applications not accepted from current permanent or regular. Faculty members of Pakistan’s public sector teaching or educational institutions. Foreign Scholarships
Scholarship coverage
- The following costs covered in full by the Ph.D. Scholarships provided by CMMS:
- 100% tuition fee
- lodging and boarding (as per approved rates)
- Health insurance
- Airfare (techcrunchses)
Allocation according to the scholarship discipline
- 80% of scholarships reserved for science subjects.
- 20% of the scholarshipsreserved for the social sciences, humanities, and the arts.
Geographical distribution of scholarships
- Scholarships have been allotted to the students of Punjab.
- 10% scholarships have been released for other federal units of Pakistan.
